A national initiative for 8th grade girls to get engaged with politics

Calling all rock stars!

Step up to the microphone and get involved in the political process.

Girls Rock the House (GRTH) completed a successful pilot program in 2010, educating young girls across the country about the political process and igniting them to action! The program culminated in a June 2010 trip to Washington, DC, where winning girls visited one-on-one with their female Congressional Representatives. We are currently shaping our successful model into a long-term, sustainable program that will reach thousands of girls in the future. Our plans are to reinstate the program for the 2012 calendar year. Please sign up for our mailing list to receive updates going forward.
